When you email us directly from the email provided on our website, fill in details from our contact form or tick the box to opt in to our mailing list on our website, we may collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address.. Additional Information you provide us with, such as a delivery address will not be collected and stored out of the original source.

 

If you opt in to our newsletter, then you name and email address will be uploaded to Mailchimp, where the information is held securely.

 

iii.  Why do we collect personal information?


We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide ongoing services;

  2. To provide customers with ongoing customer assistance;

  3. To be able to contact subscribers with information;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We will contact you if you email us directly by email or through the contact form on our website to answer questions, provide services or solve disputes. We will also contact you by email with the details given if you opt in to our newsletter. You have the right at any time to unsubscribe from our newsletter (the option to do this is clearly communicated on our newsletter).

 

If you purchase an artwork from us, we may contact you via email or mobile to ask or answer questions.
